滑線式變阻器產品采用經過氧化絕緣處理的康銅絲，密繞于陶瓷管上，并固定于金屬保護支架上，通過接觸系統的導電電刷，在康銅絲表面移動，以達到改變阻值的大小，本產品在交直流電路中均適用，在電氣機械設計階段中作變更電流、電壓和作為代替未定阻值的可變電阻器及負載之用，在實驗室中作研究試驗或教學演示用的電流、電壓調節器，以及作為發電設備和直流電動機的勵磁、調速電阻等之用。根據特殊要求可制作為無感，以保證嚴格環境下的使用要求。

? 使用及維護：Use and maintenance
1、變阻器單臺產品在電路中可作串、并聯使用，也可多臺并機使用。

2、滑線變阻器的結構和符號如圖所示，電阻絲的兩頭分別接在瓷管兩端的A、B接線柱 上，A、B之間的電阻即為總電阻。滑動頭D可沿金屬桿滑動，與電阻絲接觸良好，改 變其位置就可以改變AC（或BC）電阻。額定電流和總電阻等參數均在銘牌上標明。在 電路中有兩種接法：

注意：限流接法中，變阻器的滑動頭應放在電阻zui大的位置；分壓接法中，變阻器的滑 動頭應放在分壓zui小的位置。

? 使用條件及注意事項：Conditions of Use and Notice
１、請嚴格保證變阻器在額定電壓及電流值下使用。

２、變阻器是易發熱元件，安裝時不宜靠近不能受熱的物體。

３、變阻器配有M6的安裝孔及接地端子，保證使用時良好的地。

４、變阻器使用如發生接觸不良時，可在電刷接觸面移動的康銅絲表面，除去氧化絕緣層， 即可消除其現象。

６、變阻器經長時間的連續使用后，如發現滑片失去壓力時，需拆下接觸系統，把接觸橋修 正（矯直），重新裝上后，使電刷貼平于電阻絲表面，方可正常使用。

8、電阻器使用環境：resistors use of the environment
A:海拔高度不超過3000米。

B:周圍介質溫度不高于+40℃及不低于-30℃。

C:空氣相對溫度不大于85%。

D:在有防雨設備及沒有滴水蒸汽的地方。
